Scheduling Appointments
We can assist your patients with scheduling. Our schedulers are available for calls Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Fridays 9:00am to 12:00pm. To ensure a faster response time, please include your patient’s contact information, symptoms, medical information and any other pertinent information.
Please inform your patient that if they do not receive a call from one of our schedulers within 2 business days to contact us directly.
